I recently came across a picture I have seen once before and thought it brings up some good points/morals that we all could learn from.
This pretty much says it all. The quintessential boss tells their subordinates what to do, when it is do, and maybe even how to do it; but they don’t do it with them, they don’t support their people, they just make it a stressful work environment, and end up with employees who hate them. Remember we are ALL human; your poo doesn’t smell any better than anyone else’s. No one is better just because they have a better job, or make more money. Who you are is what you do, what you leave behind to the world; it is how you act to the people with the least amount of power; not whether or not you have the most. Money does not make you a better person than someone else.
It is your personality, your willingness to help those less fortunate than you. It is your drive to achieve something.
Learn new things; teach other people things that are important to you; do something you have always wanted to. No one else can make your life better; you have to want to; and you have to physically do things to make it happen; make your own life better.
